The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for hearing Variances, Special Exceptions, and Appeals relating to zoning issues within the Town. BZA typically meets only a few times a year and is staffed by County Planning & Zoning officials. There are several vacancies on the 5-member board for 2023.
